LaDonya Freeman, formerly LaDonya Jenkins, is an HR executive and consultant with 30 years of experience across government contracting, professional services, hospitality, automotive, financial services, and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise spans workforce strategy, compliance, HR operations, and leadership development.
She founded Perspicacity GovCon to connect organizations with experienced HR leadership and create opportunities for skilled HR consultants to put their expertise to work. Through fractional support and project engagements, the firm helps businesses strengthen their operations while connecting independent professionals with meaningful work.
